Kate Hambley

Attorney

Kate is a litigator to her core. In a bizarre twist, she’s also a nice person.

  • Kate excels at spotting issues before they become problems. Her ability to chart a course of action immediately, execute on that course, and pivot when circumstances change make her an indispensable contribution to any team. Her keen mind and an approachable style of communication make her an effective advocate at every level of the land use process, from the planning board to the courtroom. While litigation is never her first choice, Kate has litigated dozens of land use cases, and she knows how to get results when push comes to shove.

Eric Din

CEO

Eric is an engineer by training (and by nature) whose penchant for entrepreneurship brought him to Landform.

  • Eric augments the small but mighty Landform legal team with his background in business entrepreneurship and project and people management. Eric’s goal is to apply sound business and engineering principles to the world of law—a notoriously siloed and opaque industry. Eric is constantly working behind the scenes to make sure Landform delivers efficient, high-quality legal services and a streamlined client experience. His day-to-day errands include anything from running to the courthouse to managing complex litigation.

In addition to his role as Landform’s CEO, Eric also acts as owner’s representative and development consultant for Landform clients.

Eric has a B.A. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth College, where he spun out a startup from his research. He grew the company to five people on National Science Foundation grant funding before exiting successfully. Most recently, he worked as a Staff Engineer in Tesla’s battery cell manufacturing department.

In his spare time, he is working on turning a hundred sheets of plywood into cabinets so he can fit his project car in the garage again.
